V. D. SATHEESAN
Congress leader and Opposition Leader of the Kerala State Assembly. He is the MLA from Paravur Constituency since 2001. He is also the vice president of Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC). He served as Congress Chief Whip in the 12th Assembly.
കോണ്ഗ്രസ് നേതാവ്. നിയമസഭാ പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവ്. 2001 മുതല് പറവൂര് നിയോജകമണ്ഡലത്തിലെ ജനപ്രതിനിധി. എ.ഐ.സി.സി സെക്രട്ടറിയായിരുന്നു. 2014 ല് കെ.പി.സി.സി വൈസ് പ്രസിഡണ്ടായും തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. പഠനകാലത്ത് എം.ജി സര്വകലാശാല യൂണിയന് ചെയര്മാനായിരുന്നു. 1996ലെ ആദ്യത്തെ നിയമസഭാ പോരാട്ടത്തില് പറവൂര് മണ്ഡലത്തില് പരാജയത്തോടെയായിരുന്നു തുടക്കം. പിന്നീട് അഞ്ചു തവണ മണ്ഡലത്തെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ചു.
