P. A. MOHAMMED RIYAS

P.A. Mohamed Riyas is a prominent leader of the CPM and currently serves as the Minister for Public Works and Tourism for the State of Kerala. Representing the Beypore constituency as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), he is also a member of the CPM State Secretariat. His political journey began during his student days with the SFI, where he was a central figure in numerous protest movements and served as a Calicut University Councilor. He rose to national prominence as the former National President of the DYFI. Additionally, he has previously contested the Lok Sabha elections representing the Kozhikode constituency.
