A.P. ABDULLAKUTTY
A.P. Abdullakutty is a prominent leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and currently serves as the Chairman of the Central Haj Committee. He is a veteran politician who has served as both a Member of Parliament and a Member of the Legislative Assembly. He presently holds the position of National Vice President of the BJP. His political career began through the Students' Federation of India (SFI), and he previously served as the General Secretary of the Calicut University Union. After serving as a member of the Kannur District Panchayat, he was elected twice to the Lok Sabha from the Kannur constituency. Later, he joined the Indian National Congress and was elected twice to the Kerala Legislative Assembly, representing the Kannur constituency. He also contested as the BJP candidate in the bye-election for the Malappuram Lok Sabha constituency.
ബിജെപി നേതാവ്. കേന്ദ്ര ഹജ് കമ്മിറ്റി ചെയര്മാന്. മുന് പാര്മെന്റംഗം, മുന് നിയമസഭാംഗവുമാണ്. നിലവില് ബിജെപി ദേശീയ ഉപാധ്യക്ഷനാണ്. എസ്എഫ്ഐയിലൂടെയാണ് രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവേശം. കാലിക്കറ്റ് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ജനറല് സെക്രട്ടറിയായിരുന്നു. കണ്ണൂര് ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തംഗവുമായി. പിന്നീട് രണ്ടു തവണ കണ്ണൂര് മണ്ഡലത്തില് നിന്നും ലോക്സഭയിലേയ്ക്ക് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. പിന്നീട് കോണ്ഗ്രസിലെത്തി രണ്ട് തവണ കണ്ണൂര് മണ്ഡലത്തില് നിന്ന് നിയമഭയിലേയ്ക്കും തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. മലപ്പുറം ലോക്സഭാ മണ്ഡലത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് നടന്ന ഉപതിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില് ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാര്ഥിയായി മത്സരിച്ചു.
