Tony Joseph

Tony Joseph is the author of the best-selling ‘Early Indians: The Story of Our Ancestors and Where We Came From’, published by Juggernaut in December 2018. The critically-acclaimed book has already won the Tata Literature Live! Book of the Year Award for non-fiction; the Shakti Bhatt First Book Prize; and the Atta Galatta Book Prize for non-fiction.

Tony was the Editor of BusinessWorld magazine, Associate Editor of Business Standard and Features Editor of The Economic Times at various times during his journalism career of over three decades. He has also been a columnist and contributor to leading publications and has written many path-breaking articles on India’s prehistory. He lives near New Delhi and is working on his next book.
