Raquel Santanera
Works of Catalan Poet Raquel Santanera, are based on the exploration of gender identity. In 2015, she won the Martí Dot prize for her debut poem collection, “Teologia poètica d’un sol ús” (Disposable poetic theology). A graduate of literary studies from the University of Barcelona, she is one of the leading poets of cyborg poetry, poems based on self-realisation and reclaiming subdued gender identities. In 2017, she won the Pollença Poetry Prize for her work, “De robots i màquines o un nou tractat d’alquímia (Of robots and machines or a new treatise on alchemy). Reina de rates: crònica d’una època (Queen of rats: chronicle of an era, 2021), another poety collection penned by her, won the Miquel Martí I Pol poetry prize.
കറ്റാലന്‍ കവി. എല്‍ വെപ്രസ് മാല്‍ഗസ്റ്റാറ്റ്‌സ് (Els Vespres Malgastats) എന്ന കവിതാ പരമ്പരയുടെ കോര്‍ഡിനേറ്ററും ബാഴ്സലോണിലെ കവിതാ പാരായണങ്ങള്‍ക്കും പുതിയ സാഹിത്യ മനോഭാവത്തിനുമുള്ള അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ശ്രദ്ധപിടിച്ചുപറ്റിയ ശില്‍പശാലയായ L'Horiginal-ന്റെ മൂന്ന് പ്രോഗ്രാമര്‍മാരില്‍ ഒരാളാണ് അവര്‍. ആദ്യ കവിതാസമാഹാരത്തിലൂടെ 'ബാബായിസം' സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു. അതിലൂടെ 'ഞാന്‍' എന്ന കാവ്യാത്മകമായ ഒരു പുതിയ മിത്തോളജി രൂപപ്പെടുത്തി. 2017-ലെ പൊള്ളെന്‍ക കവിതാ സമ്മാനം ലഭിച്ചു. ക്യൂന്‍ ഓഫ് റാറ്റ്‌സ് ക്രോണിക്കിള്‍ ഓഫ് ആന്‍ എറ എന്ന കൃതിക്ക് മൈക്കെല്‍ മാര്‍ട്ടി ഐ പോള്‍ കവിതാ സമ്മാനം (the Miquel Martí i Pol poetry prize) ലഭിച്ചു.
