Preeti Das
Preeti Das is an Indian Journalist, stand-up comedian and Actor. She is the first woman stand-up comedian in Gujarat and has been doing stand-up comedy for over 12 years now. She worked as a journalist for Aaj Tak, Indian Express and DNA. She also headed the communication team at ActionAid International's Tsunami Project, was a radio jockey with Radio Mirchi, Additional Director at Karnavati University's department of Mass Communication and Liberal Arts and was a qualitative market researcher. She won the Ladlee Media Award for Investigative Journalism in India( first in the Western zone and then in Asia) in 2015-16 for her series of stories on gang rape victims. She has trained and curated stand-up comedy shows in Ahmedabad in which she got the women bootleggers, sex workers and ASHA workers to do stand-up comedy and tell their stories.

ലിബറൽ ആർട്‌സ് വിഭാഗത്തിലെ അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടറുമായിരുന്നു. കൂട്ടബലാത്സംഗത്തിന് ഇരയായവരെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഇവരുടെ കഥകളുടെ പരമ്പരയ്ക്ക് 2015-16 ൽ ഇൻവെസ്റ്റിഗേറ്റീവ് ജേണലിസത്തിനുള്ള ലാഡ്‌ലീ മീഡിയ അവാർഡ് ലഭിച്ചു. അഹമ്മദാബാദിൽ സ്റ്റാൻഡ്-അപ്പ് കോമഡി ഷോകളുടെ പരിശീലകയായും ക്യുറേറ്ററായും പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. കൂടാതെ സ്ത്രീ ബൂട്ട്‌ലെഗർമാർ, ലൈംഗികത്തൊഴിലാളികൾ, ആശാ വർക്കർമാർ എന്നിവരെ സ്റ്റാൻഡ്-അപ്പ് കോമഡി ചെയ്യിക്കാനും അവരുടെ കഥകൾ പറയുവാനും ഉള്ള പ്രോല്‍സാഹനവും പ്രചോദനവും പ്രീതി ദാസ് നൽകി.
