Indu V Menon
Indu V Menon is an Indian writer from Kerala. Her debut novel is 'The Lesbian Cow and Other Stories'. She entered the Malayalam cinema by writing the screenplay and dialogue for the Malayalam movie 'My Mother's Laptop'. He is currently working as a lecturer at Kirtads. Some of his notable publications include 'Ente thene ente anandame', 'Hinduchaya Ulla Muslim Purushan' and 'Sangh Parivar. She has received honors like Central Sahitya Award for Young Writers, Kerala Sahitya Akademi Geetahiranyan Award, Anganam Award and Galleria Gallant Award.
എഴുത്തുകാരി. 1980-ല്‍ കോഴിക്കോടു ജനനം. ലെസ്ബിയന്‍ പശു എന്ന ഒറ്റ സമാഹാരത്തിലൂടെ മലയാളസാഹിത്യ ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ ഇടം നേടി. നിലവില്‍ കോഴിക്കോട് കിര്‍റ്റാഡ്‌സില്‍ ലെക്ചറര്‍ ആയി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നു. ഒരു ലെസ്ബിയന്‍ പശു, സംഘപരിവാര്‍, ഹിന്ദു ചായയുള്ള മുസ്ലിം പുരുഷന്‍, ഇന്ദു മേനോന്റെ കഥകള്‍, കപ്പലിനെക്കുറിച്ചൊരു വിചിത്ര പുസ്തകം തുടങ്ങിയവ പ്രധാന കൃതികളാണ്. യുവ എഴുത്തുകാര്‍ക്കുള്ള കേന്ദ്ര സാഹിത്യ പുരസ്‌കാരം (2014 ), കേരള സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി ഗീതാഹിരണ്യന്‍ പുരസ്‌കാരം(2005), അങ്കണം അവാര്‍ഡ്(2007), ഗലേറിയ ഗാലെന്റ് അവാര്‍ഡ്(2015) തുടങ്ങിയ നിരവധി അവാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ ഇന്ദുവിന് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
