Captain GR Gopinath
Captain GR Gopinath is an Indian entrepreneur, retired Captain, and author. He is the founder of Air Deccan. After he retired from the armed forces, he established an ecologically sustainable sericulture farm and a hotel in Hassan. His major publications are 'Simply Fly: A Deccan Odyssey' and 'You Cannot Miss This Flight: Essays on Emerging India'. He has received honors like Rolex Awards for Enterprise, Rajyotsava Award and Chevalier de la légion d'honneur.
