Dr Alka Pande
"Dr Alka Pande is an art historian, and ex-Reader of Indian Arts and Aesthetics at Panjab University. Pande is a curator, art advisor, prolific and extensive writer, and winner of many prestigious and highly coveted awards in India and abroad. Her major fields of interest are gender, and sexuality, with a special focus on traditional arts and heritage She has been passionately involved with the world of visual arts for more than three decades now.
Currently, Dr Pande serves as a consultant art advisor and curator of the Visual Arts Gallery at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi. and is on the Advisory of the Bihar Museum."
