Aakar Patel
Aakar Patel is an activist journalist and author from India. He served as the head of Amnesty International in India. He has worked in the newspaper, Deccan Chronicle as a Deputy Editor and thereafter at Dorling Kindersley. He had also worked at Mid Day Multimedia Ltd as Editor in Chief. He has authored articles for Mint Lounge. He had co-authored a report on the 2002 Gujarat riots, titled 'Rights and Wrongs'. He is the author of 'Our Hindu Rashtra' and 'Price of the Modi Years.
ആക്ടിവിസ്റ്റും പത്രപ്രവര്‍ത്തകനും എഴുത്തുകാരനും. ആംനസ്റ്റി ഇന്റര്‍നാഷണലിന്റെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ തലവനായി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു. ഡെക്കാന്‍ ക്രോണിക്കിളില്‍ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി എഡിറ്ററായും അതിനുശേഷം ഡോര്‍ലിംഗ് കിന്‍ഡര്‍സ്ലിയിലും പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. മിഡ് ഡേ മള്‍ട്ടിമീഡിയ ലിമിറ്റഡില്‍ ചീഫ് എഡിറ്ററായും പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. മിന്റ് ലോഞ്ചിനായി അദ്ദേഹം ലേഖനങ്ങള്‍ എഴുതിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഔവര്‍ ഹിന്ദു രാഷ്ട്ര, െ്രെപസ് ഓഫ് ദി മോദി ഇയേഴ്‌സ്' എന്നീ കൃതികളുടെ രചയിതാവാണ്.
